These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using the Puzzole iOS and iPadOS application (the “App”) provided by Jaeyoung Kim (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

Puzzole is a coloring-based logic puzzle game. You progress through stages by using the presented piece shapes to color cells on a board.

2. Acceptable Use

You must use the App in accordance with applicable laws, Apple App Store policies, and these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the App's normal operation
• Copy, distribute, modify, or sell the App or its content without authorization
• Bypass, modify, or misuse advertising SDKs or App features
• Infringe our rights or the rights of third parties

3. Advertising

The App may display advertising through third-party services, including the Google Mobile Ads SDK. It may include banner ads, post-stage interstitial ads, and rewarded ads shown when you request a hint.

4. Payments and In-App Purchases

The App may offer a one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. It removes banner ads and post-stage interstitial ads and is not a subscription. Rewarded hint ads remain optional and may appear when you request a hint.

Payment is processed through your Apple App Store account. Actual prices and currencies may vary according to App Store country or region, taxes, exchange rates, and Apple's pricing policies.

You can restore an entitlement purchased with the same Apple ID using Restore Purchase in the App. Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are governed by Apple App Store policies and procedures.
